BestGiftSource.com will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We do not guarantee delivery times however, so please order your gifts well in advance of the date needed. In the rare event that a replacement item is sent, ground shipping is always used. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to missing information, incorrect billing information, etc. We are not responsible for a gift order arriving late for an occasion.
If your gift is found to be damaged as a result of shipping, we will replace it free of charge. If there is an obvious defect in materials, we will replace it free of charge. Personalized gifts however, cannot be returned, please be sure that the item you are ordering is what you are wanting including the lettering style. Please double and triple check your spelling. If you are not sure about an item, our suggestion is to order 1 item before ordering multiples. All sales are final on personalized gifts.
